AIFashModel Acceptable Use Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") sets out the content and behavior rules that apply when you use the AIFashModel AI marketing assistant (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every prompt you enter, every image or material you upload, every piece of content the Service generates for you, and anything you publish using such content.

We built the Service for fashion and apparel commerce: model shots, product shots, and fabric close-ups for your own brand or store. This Policy exists to keep the Service safe and lawful for everyone using it.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, in any form;

• Any content involving minors that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms them;

• Excessive violence, gore, or the glorification of violence;

• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or hatred against individuals or groups;

• Content that violates applicable law or infringes others' intellectual property, portrait (likeness), reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights;

• False information or deceptive media (including deepfakes) intended to mislead.

3. Real People and Likeness

The Service generates fashion and product imagery. It is not a face-swap or identity-manipulation tool, and you must not use it as one. Specifically:

• Do not generate images of identifiable real people — including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals — without their authorization;

• Do not use the Service to impersonate, defame, harass, or misrepresent any person;

• You must own or have the necessary rights to every photo and material you upload, including any custom model images.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Prompts and uploaded materials are screened by automated content-moderation systems before generation, and we may review generated content at any time.

If you violate this Policy, we may block a generation, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account, in line with Section 4 of the Terms of Service. Credits on suspended or terminated accounts are handled under the refund terms of the Terms of Service.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content generated with the Service that violates this Policy, report it to us at support@aifashmodel.com. We review reports and take action as appropriate.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our product or applicable rules. The "Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page, and your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
